  • Who can take an Online Course?

    Students join our online courses for a variety of reasons and come from diverse backgrounds, professions, and age groups. With online courses, you can:

    • Take the next step in your formal education.

    • Enjoy learning a new topic.

    Whatever the reason, our online courses are a flexible way of learning about the art world without disrupting your daily life.

  • How do I select a course?

    Visit our course catalog to explore our course offerings. Depending on your motivation and interest we recommend:

    • Biomagnetism Courses Level 1 and 2. Focus on physical well-being.
    • Códica. Focus on well-being and emotional balance.

  • How do I sign up?

    Go to the page of the course that interests you and click on the PayPal button or email us directly at [email protected] and our staff will guide you through your registration.

  • Are there any requirements to take the course?

    Our courses are online, with recorded lessons and content and complementary live sessions.

    You must have the Zoom and WhatsApp applications downloaded, an updated web browser such as: Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer. Our online courses can be accessed from a mobile device or tablet, although we strongly recommend that you have access to a desktop or laptop computer and a reliable internet connection.

  • How is the online course?

    Methods vary by course, but may include pre-recorded or synchronous lectures, videos, podcasts, slides, blog posts, and more. Consult the syllabus of the course you are interested in for details on how it will be delivered.

  • What are the accepted payment methods?

    Our available payment methods are:

    • Mexico. Bank transfer or deposit, OXXO, Credit card*, PayPal. In credit card we have monthly payments**.

    • Latin America, North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, Africa. Credit / Debit card with Paypal.

    • Argentina. PayPal and Western Union.

    *Payments are processed through Conekta. VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit cards.

  • Do you have monthly payments?

    Depending on the course you are interested in and the country you are writing from, we have the following options:

    Biomagnetic Pair Course, 1st Level Course Bioenergetics, Level 2 Course Códica Course
    Mexico Deferred monthly payments with credit card Deferred monthly payments with credit card Monthly subscription payment.
    Rest of the world N/A N/A Monthly subscription payment.

    Difference between "deferred monthly payment" and "monthly subscription":

    Deferred monthly payment. The total amount of the course will be charged to your line of credit and, depending on the number of months you have chosen, the corresponding amount will be charged in the minimum payment.

    According to the number of monthly payments you choose, an additional charge will be applied.

    • 3 months. 4.9%
    • 6 months. 7.9%
    • 9 months. 10.9%
    • 12 months. 13.9%

    Monthly subscription payment.

    They are recurring payments that are processed according to a preset schedule. It can be done by credit card, deposit or transfer.

  • Refunds

    Can I request a refund if I will not attend the course? In reservations we do not have refunds, they can be applied to a next course. In case you cannot attend a course, your payment can be considered for the next date or you can also transfer it to someone else.

    When can I ask for a refund?

    You can request a refund in the event that a double billing has occurred during the collection of the course or, failing that, the payment system has made a collection greater than the actual value of the course.

  • Already signed up. Now what?

    Once your payment is made, it is important that you complete your registration form, which we will send you by email or WhatsApp (It is always important to check your spam folder). Later you will receive the username and password to access the course.
    Although your username and password have been created, access to the course will be available at 00:00 on the defined start day of the course.

    Enter with the username and password that we will provide you.

  • I am a student. I can't log in to the virtual classroom.

    Your access will be available at 00:00 on the defined start day of the course, if you try to enter before that time or day, access will not be available.
    If it is already the day and time of the course and you cannot enter the virtual classroom, verify that you are typing your username and password correctly. Sometimes a blank space or a finger error are the cause.
    If it is already the day and time of the course and you have also verified that you are typing your usernames and passwords correctly, contact us via email, letting us know your name and the course you are enrolled in so that we can verify your access data and resolve your situation.

  • How long will I have access to my course?

    Times vary according to each course. We recommend you review the syllabus of each course. All have specified availability time.

  • I did not take my course because (...), can I extend my access time to the course?

    Due to the fact that the courses are announced in advance and on the agenda, we cannot extend the access time to the course, so we ask you to organize your time to be able to take advantage of the content and access to the course during the defined time. If you want to repeat the course or need more time to review the lessons please contact us via email to [email protected] to let you know the option you can purchase.

  • What do I do if I have a question about my course?

    The live sessions are designed to answer any questions you may have related to the recorded lessons and material.

    After the course, remember that you will have access to private Facebook groups in which both your instructor and your classmates can advise you.

  • When are the live sessions of my course?

    The session schedule is specified in the brochure of each course. The time is usually 12:00 p.m. (Mexico City time) for English speaking students. If you are in another part of the world, take this information into account. In case there is any change in date/time we will let you know in advance.

  • What if I can't attend the live session?

    One of the benefits of this modality is that you can study at your times and schedules.
    If you can't join the live session later you can check the recording of it.

  • How do I request technical support during my course?
